New Zealand Job | Requirements
- Plan Construction Methods and Materials
- Choose construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Read and create plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage Site Operations
- Organize workers, materials, and equipment at the construction site.
- Plan and oversee daily activities to keep projects on track.
- Analyze Soil and Structures
- Test soil and rock to ensure it can safely support buildings.
- Design strong structures that won’t bend, twist, or collapse.
- Estimate Costs and Track Changes
- Calculate project costs and create budgets.
- Handle changes in designs and adjust costs as needed.
- Design Infrastructure Systems
- Plan roads, railways, airports, and other transportation systems.
- Consider future needs and population growth in designs.
